4. Shipping/Delivery
4a. Shipping/Delivery Policy Back to School
For BOOKPACK orders placed by the due date, Collection will be in accordance with the timeframe detailed on your order form. For orders placed online after the due date, please consult Schiool and Office Supplies or allow 7 to 14 working days.
4b: Shipping/Delivery Policy General
General Stationery Orders placed through our site will be available for delivery / collection usually within the nominated timeframe for your particular school. However as some items or quantities require us to place extra orders with our suppliers, we ask that you allow up to 7 to 14 days for some late deliveries.
5. Pricing Policy
All prices shown are inclusive of GST where applicable and in Australian Dollars ($AUD). School and Office Supplies reserves the right to adjust pricing on the website without notice. Any orders Finalised through the Checkout will be charged at the advertised price at the time of ordering and will not be affected by price changes between the checkout time and the delivery time.
6. Refund & Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, School and Office Supplies will offer you a refund provided that:
- You return the item within 30 days of purchase
- You produce your original receipt at the time you return the item
- The item is in re-saleable condition including all Original packaging, Instruction Manuals & accessories
- The Item is in its original condition and is unopened, unused & unworn
- School and Office Supplies reserves the right to decline a refund should the returned item not suit the above conditions.
- Items incorrectly supplied will be exchanged for the correct item providing that they are returned unopened & unused.
School and Office Supplies are happy to exchange items for like items should the colour provided not be suitable to the customer.
