When working with S.O.S you will find we are different to our competitors.  We realise that each school manages their Back-to-School program differently. This is why we like to tailor our program to suit each individual school. Please give us an opportunity to Quote your School. We operate all year round, not just at Back-to-School time. We will be available to service parents, students and schools throughout the year by holding stock and text books in store. Which is really helpful for new enrolments and replacement books etc.

We have a retail showroom at Unit 1/70 Tingal Road, Wynnum.  – Open 6 days a week.

We have a seasonal off-site Back-to-School warehousing and distribution centre to handle the distribution of  book      packs efficiently.

We have two online shopping websites with secure merchant payment facilities. Our main website is at  www.schoolandoffice.com.au. This is where customers can shop for over 27,000 educational products and stationery lines or alternately, you can access our dedicated online  bookpack ordering website  www.bookpacks.com.au. This will allow you to order specific year level bookpacks for all schools that we  service.

If the School is using the bookpack program to fundraise, we can provide bookpacks on a variety of rebates and  commission options. We can advise and let the School determine the appropriate mix between value for money to the parents and commission for the School. 

All of our products we provide on the booklists are quality items that will last the distance.  We will not use cheap products to make the price of the bookpacks appear more attractive.

 We don’t charge fees on on-time orders.

Delivery of packs can be made to homes, workplaces or Post Office boxes if preferred.  We give the parents the opportunity to give specific delivery instruction’s so their packs are placed exactly where they want them. We keep family orders strapped together (they are not sent as separate deliveries).

We will support the School if they are using us as their preferred supplier by committing to provide sponsorship (prizes, product etc.) for fundraising ventures throughout the year.

We are very transparent.  We can provide Schools with detailed reporting on Back-to-School activity – number of orders, calls and email enquiries from parents, supply difficulties and rebate calculations.

We offer schools and parents very personal service (no big call centre far away or in another state).  You can speak to the same person twice!
